Greetings from the great white north! It only took 30 minutes to get to the border. Then it was an incredible ride through some of the biggest mountains we’ve seen. High passes on BC Route 3, then down in the valley, then back up to another pass. The Kootenay Pass was the highest. From there we stopped in Creston for a terrible lunch, then on to Cranbrook. Check out the price of gas! Did you know which country the US imports most of its oil from? I’ll give you one guess, Eh!
First Canadian: “What did what Canadian say to the other Canadian, Eh?”
Second Canadian: “Oh, you heard that one, Eh?”
